Welcome to RELIEF

The RELIEF project is a European effort to help children and teenagers (10–15 years old) stay safe from the risks linked to emerging tobacco products like e-cigarettes, heated tobacco, and nicotine pouches.

By supporting young people early on, the project encourages healthy choices and positive lifestyles before harmful habits have a chance to begin.

 Why is RELIEF needed?

Early prevention

Targeting children adolescents aged 10 to 15 to prevent nicotine addiction before it begins by increasing awareness.

Better tools

Providing parents and teachers with the up-to-date information and the necessary tools to support their children.

Better rules

Working with governments and policymakers to develop evidence-based guidelines and regulations that protect young people from emerging tobacco products.
